• We offer home delivery all across Mauritius and Rodrigues.

• An order is confirmed as soon as you checkout and you receive a confirmation email.

• The delivery fee whether EXPRESS or NORMAL is at a flat rate, no matter what size, price and weight of the product.

• We do not deliver on Sundays and public holidays.

• Payment by JUICE and BANK TRANSFER should be done BEFORE delivery.

• CASH ON DELIVERY please tender the exact amount.

FREE DELIVERY : for all orders over Rs.1200 (1 to 5 days)

NORMAL DELIVERY if less than Rs.1200 :   Rs.100   (1 to 5 days)

​EXPRESS DELIVERY :   Rs.300  (within 48 hours)

RODRIGUES : shipping is calculated after order, we will contact you.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY:

• Each product is inspected before delivery to ensure that there are no defects, physical damage and not expired.​

• If there is any issue with your product , please contact us within five days of the delivery.

• exchange can be considered but a delivery fee of Rs150 will be charged.
