Simply contact our customer service team to initiate the exchange process. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Please note that certain items, such as personalized or perishable goods, may not be eligible for exchange. We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase from PETSTORE and are committed to providing a positive shopping experience for you and your pet. A fee of Rs200 is charged for home delivery or pick up in store is free.

We deliver from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
The delivery fee is Rs200 for standard, which usually takes 1-5 business days for delivery. Additionally, orders over Rs1500 qualify for free standard shipping. We are committed to ensuring that your pet's necessities are delivered to your doorstep in a timely and cost-effective manner.
For orders over Rs.1500, delivery is free and takes 1 to 5 business days. For orders under Rs.1500, a delivery fee of Rs.200 applies. For Rodrigues, shipping costs are calculated post-order, and we will inform you of the details.
At PETSTORE ONLINE, all online orders for in-store pickup must be paid for in advance. This ensures a smooth and efficient pickup process. If you cannot pick up your order or are unreachable by phone within two weeks, your order will be automatically canceled, and a refund will be processed. This policy helps us manage inventory and ensure prompt service. If you foresee any issues with picking up your order within the two-week timeframe, please contact our customer service team to make alternative arrangements.
